You Don’t Need to Be Handy, You Just Need to Start
Hi, I’m the one behind The Lazy DIYer. I’m not a contractor, influencer, or YouTube tool wizard with a decked out garage shop. I’m just a regular homeowner who got tired of paying for things I realized I could fix (or improve) myself.
When I moved into my first place, I didn’t know what a stud finder was, how to swap out a shower head, or that anchors came in different sizes. Most of what I know now came from googling, messing up, trying again, and eventually getting it done.
That’s what this site is about — the small, practical wins that build confidence. Not full remodels or perfect projects. Just stuff that makes your space feel better, function better, and cost less than hiring someone else.
